About Me

My photo
Caitlin
I am a 27 year old foodie as well as a nurse, and soon to be nurse practitioner! Most of my recipes are strongly influenced by my time spend abroad in Cuba, Argentina, Chile, Spain and The Dominican Republic. I like to play around with ingredients to create a new angle on a classic dish; sometimes the results are irresistible, but when others do not turn out, I take it as a great personal failure. It's a melodramatic existence but at least I am never bored! Happy Eating, Caitlin
