What a great use for blood oranges. Using them in margaritas makes me think of Elise's blog about renaming them "Sangria" oranges. The flavor is perfect for tequila, though! YUM!
I have been wanting to come over here, and finally do...I like the recipe, as it sounds great...I am going to Texas next month and have heard they are putting Cinco celebrations on hold or to a minimum, and what a shame! This is such a festive celebration, and this drink would so compliment it!
Now I wish I had a bunch of blood oranges! Thanks for these~just in time for Cinco-de-Mayo celebrations!
